Machine tool usage：
HW500 horizontal machining center has high rigidity and good machining accuracy. With a 500×500mm table, it can automatically and continuously complete various processes such as milling, drilling, boring, expanding and reaming of parts, etc. It can be widely used in mechanical processing of machinery industry and other industries, especially for batch processing of small and medium-sized box parts, mold processing and more precise parts processing with strong applicability.
Main structure：
The main body of the machine is a fixed column, cross slide saddle layout structure, three axes using linear guide structure. It is mainly composed of bed, column, spindle box, table, slide saddle and other components.
Definition of each coordinate axis:
X-axis: the table makes left and right lateral movements along the guide rails on the sliding saddle.
Y-axis: vertical up and down movement of the spindle box on the column along the guide rail.
Z-axis: front and rear longitudinal motion of table and slide saddle on bed along guide rails.
B-axis: rotary motion of the table.
Main Features：
●The use of overhead robotic tool magazines for fast and space-saving tool changes.
●The spindle is driven by servo motor, the motor drives the spindle 1:1 by a pair of synchronous pulley, and its main motor power is 11/15KW (30min continuously);
●The feed transmission of the three coordinates of the machine adopts servo motor through the coupling and precision ball screw sub direct connection, the screw bearing adopts high precision, high rigidity into a group of angular contact ball bearings, good stability, high precision. Ensure the rigidity, position accuracy and high transmission accuracy of the machine tool.
●X, Y and Z axes all adopt linear roller guide, with fast response speed, low friction, high positioning accuracy, fast moving speed 40m/min, Y axis fast moving speed 36m/min.
●The overall design of the machine focuses on the rigidity and stability design of the basic components (bed and column), and the lightweight design of the moving parts.
●There are two spiral chip conveyors inside the machine, and the cutting and scouring device can automatically discharge the chips in time to avoid the thermal impact of chips on the machine tool and ensure the high precision of the machine tool processing.
